The same dashboard shown in dark mode. Providing both light and dark themes improves user comfort and modern aesthetics while retaining the same data insights and charts.

RTL Arabic dashboard overview

This screenshot shows the home dashboard in Arabic. The interface adapts to a right-to-left layout and localises all labels. Top-level metrics such as total customers, employees, items and revenue are presented alongside interactive widgets like a branch performance pie chart. This demonstrates multilingual support and RTL responsiveness.

Branches management table

The branches module lists each branch with code, location, phone, email, address and manager. Users can filter by name, branch code or location and export the data to CSV/Excel/PDF. This highlights structured data tables and export functionality.

Employee directory with filters

An HR table containing every employee’s ID, user ID, name, job title, email, phone, salary, branch, department and leader. The multi-field search bar and column filters enable quick queries, and export buttons support data portability. It illustrates comprehensive HR records management.

Detailed employee profile

A single employee’s profile page provides a 360-degree view: contact details, salary, attendance/leave/task counts, attachments, and organisational hierarchy (leader, direct reports). Extra fields can capture custom attributes. This reflects attention to human resource workflows beyond basic CRUD.

Attendance records and approvals

The attendance module logs each employee’s branch, date, check-in/out times, and approval status. Filters allow narrowing by employee or branch and managers can approve entries. Export options support reporting needs.

Sales customers list

This table lists sales customers with ID, name, phone, email, branch and assigned staff member. Users can filter by ID, customer name or phone number, add new customers, reassign them, and export the list. It showcases robust CRM features.

Customer 360° view

The customer detail view aggregates contact information, branch affiliation, and statistics for quotations, invoices, collected receipts and outstanding balance. Additional tabs for follow-ups, quotations, invoices and attachments ensure all interactions are accessible from one page.

Chart of accounts list

The finance module’s chart of accounts shows a hierarchical account tree with code, name, type, nature and balance columns. Users can filter by any field, add accounts and export the list. This demonstrates the financial structure and ease of navigation.

Finance account details

Selecting an account opens a detailed ledger view showing its balance, children accounts, journal entries, status and account information. Sections for linked payments, receipts and tax types illustrate how the system connects financial data across modules.

Reports execution summary

A reporting dashboard summarises execution metrics: total reports run, number completed and failed, and average execution time. Completed reports are listed with execution times and statuses. Managers can trigger new reports directly from this screen.

Report generation interface

Users can generate custom reports by selecting a report type, date range, branch and status. Recent executions are listed on the right with quick export options. This page highlights flexible reporting filters and history tracking.

Mobile dashboard with stats & chart

The mobile dashboard displays key metrics (purchases, sales, employees, items and customers) in colourful cards and includes a donut chart depicting branch performance. The layout adapts the desktop dashboard to a vertical orientation while preserving insight.

More menu listing modules

This “more” screen acts as the hub for all modules: HR, inventory, website, settings, sales, branch operations, purchases, finance and reports. A logout option is provided at the bottom. The bottom navigation bar allows switching between the main dashboard, branch screens, orders and this menu.

Finance module menu

The finance module menu lists the core accounting functions — accounts, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, daily entries, financial years and cost centres. Each item is clearly labelled and uses an icon for quick recognition, reflecting intuitive navigation on mobile.

Sales module menu

The sales menu on mobile provides shortcuts to customer management, quotation generation, invoice creation, sales returns, customer follow-ups and follow-up types. The structure mirrors the desktop sales module in a compact form.

HR module menu

The human resources menu gathers department management, employees, applicants, interviews, evaluations, competitions, jobs and bonuses into a single screen. Icons and spacing ensure that the numerous options remain accessible on a small screen.

Inventory module menu

Inventory functions are grouped under a dedicated menu, including item lists, movement tracking, category templates, pre-orders, stock adjustments and unit definitions. This modular design helps warehouse staff find tasks quickly.

Branch information details

Selecting a branch reveals its information card, showing the manager, branch code, address, phone, email, balance and extra fields. This offers a quick reference for branch-level data on mobile.

Branches list table

A paginated table lists all branches with columns for ID, name, code and location. A search bar enables filtering and an “Add Branch” button supports creating new branches from the mobile device. Navigation controls at the bottom manage pagination.

Attendance check-in prompt

The opening screen of the mobile app greets the user and provides a single prominent button labelled “الحضور” (Attendance). Staff can tap this button to record their attendance, and the card above shows the most recent attendance time, demonstrating streamlined employee check-in.
